Shipments and returns

We normally only offer ex works (EXW) from our factory in Shanghai, China, buts samples may be ordered and shipped from European locations - by TNT. Note that we only keep a small stock of samples.

Typical delivery time is 4-6 weeks for any regular orders.

For any RMA, contact us. Completed RMA form in advance is needed.
